CALL FOR PAPER
As a regular and most popular event of NEAJ and NESAJ, we are proud to announce that in this year these two organizations are organizing a joint NEAJ/NESAJ Seminar in Tokyo on 18th June 2016 (Saturday). Academics, researchers, engineers, policy and business experts, and students from all disciplines of engineering, natural sciences and social sciences are cordially invited to submit their valuable papers. Papers related with the last year’s Gorkha Earthquake in Nepal, status and prospects of recovery and reconstruction are solicited. Papers related with other disciplines are also highly acknowledged. All presented papers will be compiled together in the form of a proceeding and published on these organizations’ websites for open access to interested students and researchers.
GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION
In order to make the uniformity in the paper length, we would like to request the authors to submit their papers of exactly two (2) pages (Paper size = A4; Font size = 10 (Times New Roman)). The paper heading should contain the title, author’s name, status (e.g., Ph.D. 2nd Year Student or M.S. 1st Year Student), affiliation, email address and phone number.
