The 12th NEAJ Symposium Organizing Committee is calling for abstract submissions. As you plan to prepare the submission, please read the full Call for Papers.

Abstract Submission Starts: 10 November 2020
Abstract Submission Deadline: 25 November 2020 05 December 2020
First Notification of Acceptance: 2nd December 2020
Second Notification of Acceptance: 7th December 2020
Symposium Registration open (via google form): 3 December 2020
Last Date for Registration: 11 (5PM JST) December 2020
Program Day: Date: 12 December 2020

Requirements of the Abstract
- Submissions can be made in a broad theme covering ‘Current and Future Technologies’. Abstracts focusing on “Bridging the development and society of Nepal” is highly encouraged.
- Abstract should be written in English language.
- Abstract should be kept within 800-1200 words (Tables and Graphs are allowed and will not count to the word limit)
- Font: Century, 12 font size, double line spacing.
- All the abstracts should be submitted to neaj.office@gmail.com
Requirements for Final presentation:
- The presentation time is 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion.
- Format of the presentation is either pre-posted video or live presentation. The pre-posted video should be sent to the organizing committee at least 3 days prior to the event.
- Presenters should also submit a brief profile highlighting their affiliation and current work.
